Luminaria Festival

Grab some popcorn and get your picture taken next to the brand new Carousel Giraffe! See the Christmas Carousel Horse and take a glimpse at the new plans for Silver Beach, while you enjoy an evening of lights along the streets of downtown St. Joseph. All proceeds will go to the St. Joseph Police and Fire Department horses.
